School Messenger Sign Up
SchoolMessenger - TEXT Message Directions
Estherville Lincoln Central CSD is now using a new electronic communication system, called SchoolMessenger, which allows parents to receive district and school communications electronically through voice, email and text messages. The District will use the system in the event of heat or snow closure alerts, classroom updates and other school event announcements.
To Receive Text Messages:
Text messages will be sent to parents who opt-in to receiving text messages. If you wish to opt-in to receiving text messages from ELC, please send a text to the short code 68453 with the word "SUBSCRIBE" in the body of the text. After sending, you will receive a response text indicating that you have been registered.
If you sent a text to 68453 and did not receive a response that you are registered, you may not have short code messaging enabled on your mobile account. To test, text HELP to 68453. If you still do not receive a response, please contact your phone provider.
To update your cell phone number, please contact the main office at your child’s school.
