Job Details
Estherville Lincoln Central is looking for a dynamic individual to fill our open 8th Grade Science position. A successful candidate will have the correct certifications or be will to obtain the necessary certifications and be willing to engage with students and the community beyond the classroom.
Requirements
Certification:
Meets all Certification Standards of the State of Iowa
- K-8 Basic Science - 150 OR
- 5-12 General Science - 154
Experience:
Prior successful teaching experience preferred.
Evidence of contributions to a professional learning community and team.
Evidence of effective teaching as demonstrated by student data
History of excellent attendance in prior workplace settings.
Skills Required:
Competence in classroom management
Ability to analyze and respond to student performance data
Work in collaborative environment and team setting
Engage in professional growth
Good Communicator
Problem solving skills, ability to focus on solutions
Culturally Responsive
