REGULAR MEETING
The Estherville Lincoln Central Board of Education held a Regular Meeting on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 5:15pm in the High School Media Center. Board members present were Tony Condon, President, Jeff Soper, Vice President, Sandy Fandel, Duane Schnell, and Gordon Juhl. Others present via Zoom - Lili Jensen, Brad Leonard, Robyn Swisher, Megan Miller, Connie Humble, Kyle Steffen, Jenny Christensen, and Alyssa Boeke. Others present in the High School Library/Media Center were Tara Paul, Superintendent; Kate Woods, Board Secretary/Treasurer, Dave Swartz, Estherville News
REGULAR MEETING – 5:15PM
Call to Order/Roll Call President Condon called the regular meeting to order at 5:15pm. Board members present were Soper, Fandel, Juhl and Schnell.
Agenda Approval Motion by Fandel, second by Schnell to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried 5-0.
Public Input None
Approval of Consent Agenda Motion by Schnell, second by Juhl to approve the consent agenda as follows: Minutes from May 18, 2020; Hires – Ms. Ashley Bonner – Asst. Softball Coach; Ms. Grace Hively – Elementary Teacher; Ms. Melissa Mikos, MS Teacher; Laura Rosendahl - DLT. Resignations – Kyle Steffen, HS Teacher, Cross Country Coach.

Items for Action/Discussion
ILCC Agreements No action – unavailable as of 6.15.20
PPEL/SAVE Superintendent Paul presented the list of upcoming projects
that will be financed through PPEL/SAVE funds.
Handbooks Motion by Juhl, second by Fandel to approve the Elementary,
Middle School and High School Handbooks for the 20-21
school year. Motion carried 5-0.
Public Hearing Date – Land Transfer Motion by Schnell, second by Soper to set public hearing date
for a land transfer to the City of Estherville on Monday, July 20 at 5:10p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
Board Policies – Series 400-401.10 No action – 1st Review.
Adjournment – Motion by Schnell, second by Soper to adjourn the meeting at 6:01p.m. Motion carried 5-0. The next regular meeting will be July 20, 2020 at 5:15pm.
